Friendly staff

Not secure - even though you have a room key you can still open the compartments from the outside and reach in with your hand. No air con No towels Smelly and hairy bedding Extremely loud from above No hot water

We send three email to confirm the late arrival, but they make us waiting outside the front door for 25mins, we reserved 4 beds , they only give us three beds in the room, the hotel people make noise until three am, no body speaks English

Not a single thing

Its not a hotel..its just a house and sometimes they dont even have rooms that you booked. The entrance is through a garage

I had an amazing time in this hostel with my sister, We went to Mexico for the RBD concert and it was a great choice, I will definitely come back to this hostel next time we come to Mexico 🇲🇽✨

Not much to say about it, because I had a great time in the hostel

Staff was very helpful

First night we got a room in a garage. Loud from the street was 100% worst then somewhere in the REAL room. We talked with staff and he told us he is has no more real room for us. We slept very bad. Second night we finally got real room..Everything was dirty. Bathroom, toillet, kitchen was super dirty..no hot water.. value for the money was very very bad. Glad we stayed just two nights and even that was enough. I do not recommend. But we very liked the bakery on the corner!

I liked that there was a market down below

I had multiple huge bites on my arms and neck when I woke up the next morning. One of them was the size of a golf ball. After a few days with some medication they seem to be going down in swelling. Not cool to wake up to

The staff was very nice and friendly, the building is beautiful

When we arrived it was very dirty in the kitchen, the place had a strange atthmosphe like someone just left in a hurry

It’s clean and comfortable. The staffs are very kind and helpful. Recommend.

It doesn’t have sign of hotel. You need to knock the gate.
