The owner of this hotel was very helpful, going out of her way to help us with different travel challenges and requests. The place is very clean--it's really constantly being cleaned. There is also drinking water offered, and I appreciated that there was a little kitchen. We saw a hummingbird come in to the dining area to check out some of the fresh bouquets of flowers there our first day.

I actually stayed in several different rooms. Something to be aware of is that one of the rooms, a triple on the second floor, has a window to the hallway that isn't all the way sealed and the sound echoing from the rest of the hostel is not really dampened. So if you need the quiet, pick a different room.
