"Good place that needs improvement"

Location is perfect. Room is clean.

Poor breakfast. Staff should need training since they are pretty unprepared but kind.No hand towels in the bathroom.

"Beautiful property in the White colony and very close to the beach"

Stayed for 1 night Location is one the best in the White colony. Very close to the beach and we enjoyed the early morning sunrise from the beach. Very close to the promenade and rest of the other beautiful properties around. This villa is very beautiful and colorful. Authentic heritage house and extremely cozy. Rooms were very big, clean and comfortable. This property has been very well maintained. Breakfast which is complimentary was very tasty - a mix of south and continental. Front office staff were very friendly and was a smooth check in and check out process. We highly recommend this property.

"Beautiful house colonial style in the heart of White town."

They do not serve tea nor coffee for breakdast unless we ask them.

They hardly clean the yard after the pooja and it was messy. The folding extra beds stay on the landing.

"Excellent, worth of Money"

Location is excellent. Beach is 2mins walking distance. Paid parking is within 100m. Stuffs are courteous. Rooms are spacious, polite and humble staffs & well maintained property.
