The best possible location- in the heart of Ljubljana’s old town. Clean, comfortable and cozy rooms.

Shared bathroom and kitchenette- it should be noticed more clearly in the property or room description/title. The sound isolation isn’t perfect, especially through the room door. There should be better solution for curtains to improve privacy in the room.

I had some problems with locking my luggage, so I asked if we can come earlier before check-in time, and it was no problem. The host responded really quick and we didn’t had to pay extra. The room was really great and quiet through a double glass window and everything was clean. The location is really great as well.

The location is close to everything, but I had to find private parking 1 km away and carry my bag...

The bathroom is tiny, toilet and shower together...no toilet paper, By the time I went to find it and did not find any, someone else occupied the place... The worst, place was so cold and it was almost freezing temp. I put climate on for 24 hours at 29°C and it still wasn't warm. I am so sorry to write this review for the first time, after I saw half of the world... When I was looking for the key in the dark (try to be there in a day time) my friend who is fluent in Slovenian said the man was rude on the phone giving instructions and she told me later about it. You can try this place once to verify my opinion.

Main point: We booked and paid for a more expensive+bigger room. (The property charges different prices for different rooms of different sizes.) We got checked in to the wrong room (the room we had booked was already occupied). The property acknowledged we were in the wrong room (they said there was a booking system error). But the property would not refund us the difference between the rooms. I paid for something more expensive, but got something cheaper, and the property was aware of this after I notified them. So they willfully withheld the money I paid for something I didn’t get. If that’s not theft, I’m not sure what is. More details: The property offered for us to not pay the city tax (which we hadn’t paid yet). Thanks, but that tax is something we were supposed to pay anyway, the tax is the same for all rooms, and this doesn’t make good the loss we took for paying for a more expensive room. And several times the property said the rooms were essentially the same, so it doesn’t matter. But I paid for a room with 2 windows (instead of 1) that was 5m2 bigger. 5m2 really is noticeable when I was trying to not bump into my partner while walking around the bed. The property also said we shouldn’t get a refund because no human error had been made (just a booking system error). Sorry, no, that doesn’t matter. They were notified of the error (I get it, errors happen), and then willfully kept the money we should have been refunded.
