Hi there, thank you for being such welcoming hosts — we really appreciated all the local tips. I was under the impression that there was on‑site parking, though I did eventually find a spot close by. The room was a bit smaller than the pictures suggested, but it was very clean and your friendliness made our stay pleasant overall.

Room a little more spacious , on sight parking.

Warm welcome on arrival by amazing hosts, Rachael & Steven. Delicious hot breakfast served with a smile and a chat. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Situated in prime position for cafes, restaurants, pier, the Great Orme and bus stops. Would highly recommend this guest house. Excellent stay, thank you.

Very friendly and polite hosts excellent food and comfortable bed . Everything clean and tidy . The guest house was very near the beach ( 300.yards ).

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like . Out holiday was excellent for to the very nice guest house and the people who ran it

The owners Steve and Rachel made us feel welcome the minute we arrived till we left.The property was spotlessly clean and the rooms perfect for our 2 nights stay.There was a nice choice for breakfast and was really nice.The location was spot on close to the centre and the front.All in all was a lovely break away and the weather was a bonus
