Our second time here and it didn't disappoint. Tracy and Ian are great hosts. They really work hard and it shows. We chose the smaller king room this time but would opt for the superior again next time as it is a much bigger room.

The location was ideal as it is close to all that you could need whilst in Llandudno. The hotel was extremely clean and the hosts were accommodating and nothing was too much trouble.

We liked everything about our stay and had no negatives. Many people have mentioned about parking but we didn’t have an issue.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like old friends. The breakfast was exceptional, bedroom was spotless with everything you needed.

Hosts went above and beyond. Bed and room were comfortable with a large bathroom. Close to everything. I was always able to find parking nearby. A few seagulls apparently don't like my rental car... Ha! Would go there again in a heartbeat.

If there is one thing, breakfast was at the earliest 8:30, I would have preferred earlier and might have thought about skipping it if it was not so darn good. My wife was not at all bothered by it. There were a bit of crumpet and tea in the room, so they did provide for you to have something if you wanted to light out early.
