The Westbourne Guest House

Lovely welcoming down to earth host's, very homely, spotlessly clean, delicious cooked breakfast. Close enough to walk into town for all amenities. We would absolutely recommend this gem of a guesthouse and will certainly return again. Ian and Tracey add lovely little touches thank you for making our stay so nice.

I'm struggling to say anything we didn't like. But being a picky, black-out blinds/curtains would be nice if you don't want to be woken early by the sunny Llandudno mornings.

spotless hotel with great host and centrally located

Excellent town centre location in a quiet residential street very close to promenade and pier. We booked a superior king room at the front of the hotel on the first floor which was very clean, tastefully decorated and furnished with the advantage of a comfortable sofa in the bay window. Spacious ensuite bathroom. The full welsh breakfast was exceptional with generous proportions. Hosts Ian and Tracy were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return the next time we visit Llandudno.

Although the room and bed were very comfortable the pillows were too soft for our liking. Everything else was superb.

The staff is really nice and friendly, and the room is clean and warm. The location is great, it is near both the mountain and the sea, as well as within the centre of the town.

The breakfast is not as expected. The food choice as well as the amount is very limited. Just purely traditional english breakfast or cold cereal, not friendly to vegetarian and to someone do not eat pork. Recommend to go to the town to grab the breakfast since the price is competitive.

Excellent location super breakfast lovely hosts

The room was larger than average, with the bonus of a comfy sofa. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I loved the lighter breakfast option, with a generous quantity of cereal and very fresh fruit!

Lovely clean, lovely decor, lovely friendly hosts. Breakfast was brilliant nothing was to much trouble

Mattress was a little uncomfortable little lumpy when turning over felt a little old, but didn't spoil my stay just needs checking

We had room 8 which was a large king room, really comfortable and clean. Lovely and warm as this room caught the afternoon sun. Fabulous bathroom. Very friendly hosts and a great breakfast (I particularly loved the wonderful scrambled eggs and mushrooms). Very close to the front, pier, shops, cafes - everything really !
