Actually the property is quite close to a busy road I was surprised to find that I couldn't hear the traffic

Arrangements were totally satisfactory

A good base for a trip to the Isle of Wight

Bed was a bit hard. Other guests noisy on arrival.

The property was exceptional the style of the interior was as good as a top class hotel in London, it was really clean and the lady who owns it ‘Wendy’ was so friendly and helpful

A little too far out from amenities.

The room was clean, very well equipped. Fresh milk, tea, coffee, cereal and water all supplied Wendy was very helpful and friendly. We got to stay an extra night as the room was available for one more night 😊

Spotlessly clean. Everything was smart, new and good quality. Fast wifi. Well thought through, convenient. Kind touches like some muesli and milk. Lovely linen, comfy bed. Super communications.

Window blinds look lovely but light came in from the East in the morning and woke me up. An eye mask solved the problem. Fridge in room is intermittently noisy.

Rooms were spacious and clean. There was a kettle, toaster and fridge in the room and an iron was available if required. The host had also provided cereals, milk and stocked the fridge with water.
