"Handy for the New Forest near Brockenhurst station if your coming down by train"

Wendy was an excellent host she text me before I arrived the room is clean and tidy with a selection of Cereals with Tea & Coffee available and was nice and quite will stay here again if visiting the area again

A very unique room with lovely personal touches. Everything we needed, cereal, tea, coffee, plenty of milk, kettle, fridge and microwave. Suited our needs perfectly. A 20 minute walk to Lymington but also a bus stop round the corner or reasonable price for a taxi. Great communication with the host.

Parking immed outside property in a residential neighbourhood, felt secure. As soon as opened door,house smelled fresh and clean,and decor lovely.-Our room thankfully on ground floor,so no carrying cases-bags upstairs!- The mini kitchen fully equipped for breakfast, all utensils spotless and neatly laid out.- Shower room modern w/plush towels. Beds comfy,lovely new crisp bedlinen. After travelling: great place to unwind!

Missed luggage racks:opened cases on the floor, unwilling to put on table or on lovely beds! No big deal at all!- Afterthought:wd’ve been great idea to arrange holiday parking-take private hire car to/from ship and stay again, after cruise-a perfect end to holiday! What a perfect find for stayover in area Owner amenable w/recommendations for shopping and dining!

"Very clean and tidy."

The room was very clean and tidy with toaster, microwave and fridge as well as a kettle. "Continental breakfast" consisted of cereal and tea/coffee/fresh milk. The host was very fiendly. There were takeaways close-by but if you wanted a restaurant then it was about a 30 minute walk to Lymington,

This appeared to be in a quiet residential area but as it was warm we opened the windows and were then aware we were at the back of the house and next to a main road with traffic noise throughtout the night.
