The breakfast was was more than adequate and there are plenty of tea, coffee and fresh milk provided for the whole stay. The location is good and it is only a very short drive to restaurants, shops and supermarkets on the high street.

There wasn't anything that I could find fault with.

Breakfast was fine. Location was fine, easy access to main road although being very close to the main road there was a reasonable amount of road noise when the windows were opened for hot conditions.

In the upstairs room we occupied there was no mobile phone signal at all, maybe at the edge of town by the woods there was a signal problem, however this issue was compounded by a very poor wi-fi signal and no internet access which made planning our daily holiday and general communications very difficult.

"Lovely property in quiet area"

Accommodation was beautiful. Clean and tidy with easy parking and access. We did not meet our host but access was via a lockbox with very clear instructions. Comfortable bed with beautiful linen. Could not fault this place and wouldnt hesitate to book again!

Good communication with host - easy to find and access property using key safe. Room was excellent- had everything i needed. Great shower - really comfortable bed. Clean and immaculately presented.
