Property was close to Lymintgon, big room, toaster, microwave, crockery for breakfast, 2 containers of cereal, milk and water in the fridge. Very clean, nice shower. Great communication with Wendy the owner. Easy walk into Lymington a mile away

Property backs onto quite a busy road, so there was a lot of road noise both at day and night.

"A sort stay to attend a birthday party at the campsite nearby"

The location was perfect with a small morrissons close by and easy to walk into Lymington. Wendy had thought of almost everything - including a fan for the warm nights.

As breakfast was included but limited to cereal and fresh milk in the room (which was fine) it would have been nice to have some fresh fruit which could easily been kept in the fridge.

Very clean. Unlike most rooms Wendy has fresh milk,cereal or muesli in the room. Also microwave and toaster if needed.

I didn’t like the small bathroom sink!! 😅

"A lovely, comfortable place to stay."

The room we booked was lovely. Nicely decorated and most importantly, comfortable. It had everything we needed tea and coffee making facilities, microwave, toaster and cereal, milk and water was provided. A lovely large shower together with a beautiful stand alone bath tub. The bed was really comfortable and we both had a great couple of nights sleep. Wendy, the owner couldn’t have been more welcoming. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.
