The location was good.

I was not given the room that I booked for online. The bathroom that I was given was not good. The water from the shower was spilling all over the bathroom area making it very uncomfortable to visit the toilet and for bathing in the morning.

The back yard was the only thing that was represented accurately in the photos.

Everything- our rooms had black mould on the ceilings and walls. The shower was missing a panel of glass. The toilet seat was broken. There were burn holes in the sheets. We requested a baby cot/ camp cot and didn’t receive one.
