Location, and the room was properly cleaned

The bed was not comfortable, The shower basin was falling apart, after eating you have to wash your hands in the bathroom, they only provided 1 towel , while mentioned on the booking that it was for 2 people.

It’s in a great quiet neighbourhood. There was no unnecessary noise, towels were provided. It looked very good all in all.

The cabin door does not close at all, so I have to lock the door in order for it to be closed. The shower in the cabin doesn’t have a curtain so there was just water everywhere after using the shower.

The staff was friendly. I like the way she handled the complaint. Big up to her. I'm happy my money was in my account within 48 hours. Free cancelation.

I canceled my booking 40 minutes after making it. I was not happy with the place. The room had only enough space for the bed. The only way to get onto the bed was from the foot of the bed. The right side, left side, and head of the bed were fitted against the wall. The house and the inside of the room smelled of cigarettes. I was not happy with the place. In the future, they should state the size of the room and the condition of the place.

The checkin was awesome and quick, the lady at front desk was excellent and friendly. Our room was super clean and it smelled great. The place is situated in a quiet neighborhood. I'm definitely coming back for the pool.

Besides the water pressure in the shower, nothing. I had a very lovely stay.
