Location was great

The shower had ant sand (room 14) Left my charger and tried to contact them for me to go fetch it. No feedback if they found it in the room or not

Nothing; instead, they prefer cash clients because it's easier than using bookings.com. I paid a deposit upon arrival, but I was told no, they didn't have a reservation, claiming it was a technical glitch and shifting the blame to Booking.com, which makes the platform look bad. I'm very disgusted. I'd never recommend this place to anyone. It's corruption at its worst. I drove 4:50 hours for nothing.
