So welcoming and accommodating. Pool is great. Breakfast enjoyable.

Breakfast was a bit slow but we were a big group.

I booked in at Pheasants Rest Guest House in Newcastle, Kwazulu Natal. I had never been to this establishment before so I really did not know what to expect. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I got there. The place was neat and tidy and the room was more than comfortable and the bathroom was even bigger and better. I had a good nights sleep and the place was quiet. The lady, I think her name was Londi, was very friendly and helpful. As I had breakfast with the room, she took my order for breakfast and asked what time I would like to have it. I will definitely recommend this establishment.

The breakfast needs improvement. Milk for cereals should either be very hot or cold. I dislike lukewarm milk. The toasted cheese was not great either.

Spacious room. Beautiful garden.
