Pheasant's Rest Guest House

Room was clean and spacious. Our room had a pool view. Security of the place was good. Staff was helpful , polite and friendly.

The breakfast was fair. Bacon was too fatty and underdone. The steak was someone's leftover from the night before. The prawns in the pasta was chewy and old frozen ones. The sauce of the pasta was not cream but tasted like it was made with powdered milk.We were never given options for breakfast. We were only asked how did we like our eggs and what bread we wanted. We didn't even know what we were getting for beeakfast.

Staff were not very hands-on or aware of the vistor logs. Room was set for 1 instead of 2 and could not find key. Also, had to look for staff whenever we needed anything. Staff were friendly but not efficient. Once staff become more organised, the place will be exceptional.

Greeted by very friendly staff on arrival, followed by a very stylish & clean room. Beautifully kept gardens and clean large pool. Situated in a quiet area. Perfectly located to nearby shops and amenities. Food was delicious and staff was more than willing to make anything on your request.

The property was neat and well developed , the staff member by the name of Thando was very friendly and treated us well

The breakfast was a mess, eggs were pieces, Russians burnt etc , fruit was old even rotten , there was not yoghurt or milk for someone to have a cereal while the cereals was there decorating and could not be used. If the property can lift their socks , everything will be supper , I would love to go back if they can hire a chef or someone with cooking skills. We decided not to eat the 2nd day even though we were hungry.
