Great location. Apartment is in the middle of beautiful medieval town. Easy to access different attractions in the village. Private parking was also included in the booking which was really great for people coming in car. And superb host 🙏

We expected included breakfast when we booked this apartment as the name is “Bed & breakfast”

Location Our host was unbelievable! He met us at the parking area and walked us to the property inside the walled city. Not only did he help with the luggage, make dinner reservations for us, addressed immediate issues in the apartment, when we were leaving he drove our car to the apartment so we would not have to carry the luggage. Aside from our host, the apartment was very comfortable, clean and could not have been a better two days. it was an extraordinary stay!

Ahmed was really helpful to me in arranging a taxi from the train station to Montepulciano - couldn’t have done it without him !

You can hear quite loudly the people on corridor and on the other side of doors.

Excellent location. Close to Il Sasso language school, restaurants and fun shops. Clean, comfortable and the hosts went above and beyond accomodating our needs. An extra plus in that the property had an elevator since I had injured my knee.

The management personnel were very friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for dinner out.
