The hotel is perfectly situated in Montepulciano with parking just a short walk away. We were sent very detailed information on how to access the parking complete with photos which we appreciated. The room was quiet, comfortable, clean and spacious and the building even had a lift. We would definitely stay there again.

If call yourself a Bed and Breakfast, you should offer breakfast, which they did not. There were several cafes a few doors away, but no breakfast.

Great location with parking spot at 100m from the room. After a misunderstanding with the room, the owner did his best to find a solution.

Location truly could not have been better. It’s right in the middle of main street. We appreciated the elevator after a long day of steep walking in Montepulciano. The unit was clean and the layout & overall aesthetic of the room was very cute.

I don’t understand why this is called a “Bed & Breakfast”. There is no breakfast. If you are factoring complimentary breakfast into your value of this room, you will not get what you are expecting. I don’t think the property should be able to list itself as a “Bed & Breakfast” in their name title when they literally only offer the bed. There is an espresso machine that you have to pay to use, and that’s it besides the hot tea and electric kettle available in our room. There is no food. Wifi was extremely sporadic and unreliable in the evening. A/C could not keep up.

The place is in the center of Montepulciano and it is really nice location. Stuff was very helpful and gave us maps and suggestions on how to move around.

Our room was on the last floor, under the roof so the airflow was not that good. It was hot outside and the room did not have an air conditioner. Bring something for mosquitos if coming in June period.
