The guest room was beautifully designed, the owners were super friendly and really helpful. And the location is perfect, half way up the hill 🤩10 minutes walk from the bus station, we will definitely be back and will stay here for sure. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Our host was accommodating and the location was perfect, right in the middle of what feels like the center of Montepulciano. It was a bit of a hike to get from the parking lot to the place, but we just didn't realize that Montepulciano was going to be so hilly! We were about an hour late because of accidents on the autostrade, and our host offered to call the restaurant where we had reservations to speak on our behalf. I don't know if this is what made the restaurant hold our (perfect) patio table to see the sunset, but I'm willing to give the credit to him! Finally, one of my kids had a bloody nose in the middle of the night, and the host was gracious about our having to leave a slightly stained pillowcase/pillow behind. Managing the ZTL and parking for us is really convenient but be prepared for a bit of a hike.

1) I know that a lot of countries don't have the same relationship with AC that America does, but my husband and I weren't able to sleep because of the humidity in the room. There was an AC that was turned on once we arrived, and while it cooled the room down a little bit, it felt more like a fan than an AC. 2) I don't know if this was a booking.com error, but I assumed that breakfast was automatically part of the price (especially given how this location is named), but apparently you have to let them know that you want breakfast (it's an Italian breakfast so a coffee and a croissant), and there's a separate charge. I didn't see an option to select breakfast on booking.com, and the host didn't ask if we wanted breakfast when he first messaged (presumably there should be an option that I guess I missed when I booked??).

Very comfy beds even the sofa beds. The host was very friendly and kind. Quite clean and spacious rooms. Good location close to parking and center as well

I'd like a coffee machine in the room and maybe some water in the fridge

Top location, 1 minute walk to the main piazza. Good size apartment with a double bed and a pull out couch. Kitchen with everything needed. The host was polite and friendly.

Light switches were a little confusing and making a clicking sounds everywhere every time you turn on or off.
