The staff were excellent, so friendly, polite and nothing was too much trouble. We booked into the townhouse but the walk up hill was too much for my husband who has mobility issues. They moved us to the hotel without any hesitation.

Super breakfast lovely homemade brown bread and delicious marmalade as well as all the other options for cooked breakfast .Great customer service at check although lots of people were checking in early .

No staff to help with luggage up to 2nd floor as no lift. Shower was blocked, filled with water when showering & not the cleanest.
