No tea coffee preparing facilities in the room. They charged us extra 1000 Srilanka Rupees on top of the payment I have done via booking.com.

"Customer care needs improvement"

They charged us 1000 Sri Lankan Rupees more than the original payment I had done through Booking.com. No tea or coffee-making facilities in inthe room. They did not support organizing a trishaw as I requested.
