there was no one to open the gate for a long time , waited for the care taker to open the gate for almost 30 min in the morning , in spite of informing the team about my arrival time

The Air Con was great and the bed mattress was ok

The bed sheets and pillow cases were not changed. There was no hot water in the bathroom The Actual payment made at the Hotel was higher than that quoted by Booking.com
