Got early check - in without much hassle. Daily housekeeping was prompt and non - intrusive. Good for solo travellers.

I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. I had booked a room with breakfast included, but the overall condition of the room was unacceptable. It was smelly, poorly maintained, and I even found cockroaches inside. The window locks were broken, raising serious concerns about safety. To make matters worse, the staff charged me extra without a clear explanation. I was told that the prices in their system were different, and due to personal urgency, I paid the amount—but it felt unfair and unprofessional. The breakfast was extremely disappointing, consisting only of small portions of wada and idli, which were not fresh. For a hotel that claims to offer comfort and quality, this was far below expectations. Overall, the experience was very bad, and I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and reliable stay.
