They are cheaters, even after taking money for locking the booking and sharing the confirmation and bills they rejected my booking at arrival and shared my room with someone’s else at a higher price. This bullshit has caused me trauma, I was with my baby and elderly mother and cousins. I had to wait in cafe for 4 hours missed my half of concert as well, got another hotel at last moment at a higher price which was emotionally, mentally and physically draining for me. This was highly unprofessional behaviour and a torture for me. I want to highlight the unprofessional approach by the hotel and Booking.com as well. Booking.com was not able to solve the problem for me as I did the booking from their website it should have been their responsibility. I will be approaching the court for harassing me.

Fabhotels are not trust worthy after making booking in advance and making a part payment we were denied room as the reception said we are already full, booked 2 rooms still waiting fir refund. Fabhotel is like uber they have tie up with private properties hotel not trust worthy to book through booking.com or any other booking sites.
