Nothing at all the property mentioned was not as it was

Dirty rooms and balcony , stinky , and ofcourse it was not for family ...do not pay anything before looking at the room yourself

Cleanliness level was pathetic.. they charged around 2600 and flies were roaming in room.. Because of cleanliness I had checked out day earlier than my plan

I paid for breakfast but they didn’t provide they didn’t provide towels

I didn’t stay there once I entered the property I paid money and checked in but when I saw the corridor and the room I felt pathetic the whole area stinks and the worst part the cylindrical lock fell down when I tried to open the door and the room boy told me not to worry he opened another gate next the door and later on I could see him coming out of the room opening the main door from inside me and my wife ran out from the hotel and asked the receptionist to refund the money but he was not ready so we left it was like a nightmare for both of us sincere request to the booking agency not to include such properties in your list

Location was good.

Service was terrible bad. Though there was breakfast as complementary, breakfast was not served both the days. 1st day they told breakfast will not be available before 9; 2nd day no one came to serve the breakfast even I waited in the room till 9.30 am. There was no intercom working, no bell to call staff for help / service. No soap / shampoo was provided; leakage while flashing; typical smell from the room.

Location.

AC not working. Tried changing room but other 2 rooms also AC found not getting switched on. For breakfast offered 1 bowl of poha . No intercom working. Flush in toilet leaking continuously water hence water Supply has to keep shut. Poor furniture condition. Reception keeps saying sending someone but nobody comes to attend. All communications to reception is by own mobile phone.
