"An ok stop for the loop"

Good location and staff are friendly!

It is really cold in the winter and therefore lots of damp! A heater or heated blanket would really make this place a much better stay.

We had a very spacious room, comfortable beds and warm blankets.

The room and also the bathroom were freezing cold.

"Clean and comfortable place to stay on the Ha Giang loop"

Room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was comfortable and there were good hot showers after a cold day of being on the bikes. Easy to get into the centre of town if you would like. Staff were friendly and you could leave your bike inside.

Not amazing for socialising but not really a problem

School loud, they hit the drums at 6am to wake the kids up, Staff accidentally send our bag to a different city with a bus

"Cheap night for Ha Giang loop"

Cheap place to stay during the Ha Giang Loop, not far from party hostels to enjoy camp fire.

Shared bathroom could be cleaner. Staff were not very friendly. We left the hotel at night and came back around 10:30 pm all of the shutters were closed and we were locked out. They took the money at the start of the booking and then cancelled it on booking.com, slightly confusing.

Excellent location, close to everything you need. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff terrific. Would be happy to stay there again.
