"Felt let down by lack of attention to detail"

Clean bed, aircon, near to Manyane entrance to Pilanesberg.

No attention to detail, bugs behind chair, dirty plates provided, pool green, no door to bathroom, dirty toilets at reception, no shade cloth for cars, door left unlocked after cleaning, builders working until 8pm and starting again at 6am walking past room.
