Poor service Telephonic Inquiry ignored Rooms had terrible odour

Es la tercera vez que venimos,su ubicacion excelente a la entrada a Pilanesberg(puerta Manyane).Lugar amplio,seguro. Por lo q he visto están construyendo nuevos apartamentos.Son coquetos.

Tiene muy pocos enchufes dónde más se necesitan.Los apartamentos son muy coquetos pero el mobiliario (como el mueble del lavabo de mi habitacion estaba todo hinchado y medio roto . Y d esta vez (las anteriores no recuerdo ya)escribimos un par de mensajes y no contestaron,uno de ellos importante porque perdimos un aparato de ortodoncia y queríamos saber si lo habían visto pero no nos contestaron.En cualquier caso me parece una buena poción de alojamiento

The location really needs to be clear. The address on the app and the actual address aren't the same.

The staff was excellent and the place was good.

May they please fix the sliding door to room 1

The property was very clean and secure,the staff were welcoming and friendly.

I didn’t like that the side lamps were not working.
