had to find lamp plug in behind bed. bathtub had soap stain and drips from pumped soaps on our arrival

Location was great

Room was NOT what we purchased. BOTH rooms were to have been on the 1st floor. Both rooms had the SAME description. No what we got. They did give us a 160 GBP refund. It should have been more

Clear booking in instructions. Room size and facilities provided perfect and as hoped. Food good and service attentive given with courtesy and a smile

Dining Room a bit small - would think some guests would not like long table layout - although can appreciate its flexibility Water blockage in sink - took long time to drain
