The room was really nice , clean , bright .

Skromně vybavený pokoj v prvním patře rodinného domu. Hostitelka byla velmi příjemná. K dispozici byla lednička, mikrovlnka a rychlovarná konvice. Také byly připraveny čisté ručníky a toaletní potřeby. Byla zde možnost uvařit si čaj nebo kávu.

Postel by mohla být pohodlnější a bytelnější. V okolí bylo obrovské množství komárů, jen po příjezdu jsme měli každý asi 10 kousanců. Na místní autobusovou dopravu nebyl příliš spoleh, jezdili jsme raději taxi.

The location was just perfect.

I caught at least three bugs during my 4 day stay!

Comfortable room, bed, bathroom, free parking and the house was really pretty also the host was nice and kind.

Was a little too far from the center, but it’s in Georgetown so it’s obvious.

Positive: - It is a wonderfull, typical american house in Washington DC suburbs and the "appartment" is on the 1th floor. - The area is really safe, very green with the Bus D6 or Lyft accessable. - The house is owned by a kind, asian lady, who lives there herself and on arrival showes you everything. After that she "doesn't hower", what I personally find good. If you need sonething, you can contact her. - The room is spacious, the bed also, you get microwave, fridge und a full bath. Everything is neat. - There is a sitting area in the garden - beautiful.

Negative: - If you are not fit/like to drive/travel in the city, then get an accomodation nearer to the center. It takes at least 30 minutes till you get to the Capitol from here. - There is no elevator - therefore if you can't lift your luggage of 50 LBs by yourself, it is a problem - there are stairs in front of the house and you go upstairs, so be fit. The lady offered kindly her services, but she has knieproblems - you need to be selfsufficient here! - The next bigger food-market is not a walking distance - there is a minishop like 300 m, but there you can find just the basics. - There is a school in front of the house - if you don't like the noise of children playing sportsgames - not the best choise for you.

It was so cold outside but our room was so nice and warm, it was a lovely quiet neighbourhood and we were so excited to see the snow when we arrived, this property has quite a few stairs so if you have heavy luggage or are unable to use stairs this would not be the greatest, the owner is so lovely and welcomed us to her beautiful home

We enjoyed the beautiful leafy location and spacious room. Nearby Jetties had great soup and sandwiches.
