The location was absolutely perfect just steps away from all the shops and the host was incredibly warm and accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The Dozy Deer was Very Central. Beth and her partner were very friendly and Welcoming. Our room was compact but great for our 2 night stay. Very Clean.

Missed not having breakfast available at the premises but providing tea and coffee all day was a bonus.

During this trip, we stayed at several different locations, and in terms of convenience, value for money, and comfort, Dozy Deer was by far the best and most pleasantly surprising. I especially loved the communal tea room on the ground floor, as well as the decorative paintings along the hallway and inside the rooms. The interior design is tasteful and thoughtfully curated, making our stay feel warm and cozy. From the way we were welcomed, it’s clear how passionate and caring the hosts are, and how much love they’ve poured into their home. We wish them all the best as they prepare to welcome their new family member!

We loved our stay at the Dozy Deer. Even though it was less than 24 hrs, the communication was excellent, the facilities wonderful, the decor amazing and as we were departing early, we absolutely loved the 'breakfast room' where we could get an excellent real coffee before we left.
