The Gladson Guesthouse

Very clean and tidy. Excellent location, only a few minutes walk to the promenade and pier.

There was nothing not to like.

No tea or coffee and wasn't aware. So woke up to not drink

When we first arrived the entrance looked very clean and smelt lovely but once we opened the door to how room we noticed the quilt was to small for bed.. and the blinds in how room wouldn't fully close... The tv was very small and the fridge as you opened the door it moved forward.. that first night was very noisy as the people above was banging about till late this happened every night.. also when using the toilet it moved and so did the seat... The next day there was water coming from the bathroom onto the carpet in the bedroom we reported this but nothing was done about it and each day it got worse and worse spreading across the carpet and we had to walk over it each we went into the bathroom.. also we noticed blood on the bedding again this was reported but nothing was done about it.. the heating also went off twice so was cold in the room when this happened and the was a draft coming from the window.. and also the fire alarm went off and only three people came out of the room only one bloke there that was a guessed sorted it out as no one knew what to do..how room wasn't cleaned all the time we was there and we was only given towels once and that was only because we asked for them.. the connecting kitchen that everyone could use had new bedding quilts and over cleaning stuff.. so they could off used it for how room.. I will say we definitely won't be staying there again and would say it the worse place we have stayed at.. I would say advice not to stay there at all..

Great location 5mins to center.very clean, modern and warm. Self check in easy.
