The Gladson Guesthouse

It was perfect for me as a base while visiting family over Christmas. En Suite shower and toilet, clean, close to the station, easy check-in and check-out. Everything I needed!

The room had a kettle but didn't have a mug (only 2 glasses). Other than that nothing else to say but apparently I have to keep writing otherwise it won't let me submit the feedback.

Got cancelled last minute

The hotel cancelled the booking on the Friday before we arrived on the Saturday this being a bank Holiday I had to end up paying double to stay somewhere else last minute the hotel is saying booking.com had made a mistake but this was booked in june I visited the hotel thats how I know rhe area and glad it got cancelled as the hotel next door was a building site ahd the smell of weed around the hotel wasn't pleasant not saying it was fron the hotel but it was very close by

Location is great easy walk to wetherspoons and beach . Had a microwave and good shower facilities both spotlessly clean .

Minor repairs would make it perfect. Road little busy but was nothing that disturbed our sleep.

Easy check in, near to the town and the beach.

The houses around the property are very tired looking and a lot are being renovated.

Quite & exceptional facilities- really high standards ! Exceptional service quality and excellent customer service and quality management communication.
