Clean and contemporary, with very comfortable beds. Perfect for a short stay. Not far from the coast and the National Park and visiting relatives. Would definitely use this property again.

A large room with microwave and fridge so you can do an easy dinner. Washing up liquid, tea towel, cloth provided. Separate bin for recycling. Parking very close and pretty flowers outside the window. I enjoyed the big bath and the spacious countertop in the bathroom. There was plenty of space for unpacking clothes and beside the bed as well as two small tables. A handy hairdryer too. Choppington worked for me as I wanted to explore some of the National trust properties in the area. It was within easy reach of Seaton Delaval Hall, Cragside, Gibside, Souter Lighthouse and Druridge beach. I also went to Woodhorn Museum which explained mining - very well done. There were several supermarkets nearby, to pick up supplies. Choppington Woods round the corner has footpaths to explore too.

The bed was very firm, so took a couple of nights for me to get used to it. The road was quite busy. The owner had provided great instructions on how the doors lock - but I still had a bit of trouble and managed to lock the door in the open position!! Eventually by jiggling the handle I discovered that a firm tug down released the lock - phew!

Perfect accommodation for a cycling event we were attending just up the road in Cresswell. Good sized room with 2 very comfy single beds, a fridge and some crockery/cutlery and kettle. the bathroom was spotlessly clean with good quality towels. Parking is right outside the room and all communications from the hosts was excellent and very clear. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Well maintained, spacious and well located property with plenty of parking.

A hob/ring would have been really helpful as I had to rethink what meals to prepare.
