Clean, comfortable room with extra facilities (refrigerator, microwave); very reasonably priced accommodation; short drive to restaurants and other conveniences; friendly and accommodating host; some climate control on site - helped keep the room cool on warm days

The driveway entrance is difficult; sight lines on exiting the property are poor

Clean, comfortable, best room we had in 5 weeks touring England. 2 comfortable armchairs for a lazy read in the evening.

Sign for the Studio only visible from Morpeth direction. Not very big, or clear to see in the heavy traffic.

The Room was very tidy and smart with a very comfortable bed and a shower that was easy to use and having carpet which was very soft on bare feet. Kirsty was very helpful and the text messages with details she sent were very clear and concise. I would absolutely definitely stay here again.

The Studios are described as self-catering but there was no microwave or toaster. So no facility to cook or reheat food

Nice, clean and spacious room. Easy access, not far from local attractions. Good communication with hosts. Nice forest behind accommodation and food bakery in nearby Bedlington.

Microwave would be a nice addition, there is nothing to heat up food.
