The place is so great everytime I visit there’s always something new and exciting. It’s neat and quiet. I needed to study and I managed to do that with the help of their smart tv. The receptionist is a great guy and he makes sure that you are happy and enjoy your stay, he does his job so well. I’ll book again 🔥🔥🔥

The location of the place, the room was nice

I did not like the conduct of Mr. Biggs/Gibbs, who was on duty at reception during my recent stay. Upon my arrival, instead of politely requesting my details, he addressed me in an impolite manner, saying: "You didn’t give me your details, you think you can just give me your name only: haybo." I found this approach disrespectful and unprofessional. Later, I informed him that I would be checking out earlier due to a morning flight. He agreed and advised that I could simply leave the key inside without waiting for him. However, when I attempted to call him in the morning, the phone rang until it went to voicemail. I followed his instructions and left the key inside. About a few minutes later he called me, accusing me of buzzing him instead of calling. When I explained that his phone had gone to voicemail, he abruptly ended the call without further discussion. On both occasions, I felt that his manner of communication was rude and dismissive. This left me with a negative impression and a sense of disrespect.
