The staff, particularly the receptionist, declined to introduce himself. I'm not sure if he was a manager or a receptionist. They do not know how to communicate with guests and are really nasty. I experienced a horrible stomach ache and ended up vomiting. One of the causes was the spray they used in their bedding, which was excessively strong. They even refused to clean our room, telling me I had to pay for the duvet and shits because I vomited on them. I would not recommend the guesthouse to anyone I regret spending the weekend in that guest house.
