There was a water interruptrion in the evening but didn't affect our stay

very cute houses, very good staff and perfect view but no access to the beach from the terrace.

Staff were so friendly and helpful The location is perfect, right next to all best bars also down the road from local street warungs so you have the best of both Right next to the sea so you can swim first thing in the morn and snorkle

Location was directly on the beach and next to many SCUBA shops. Mattress and sheets were comfortable. Shower pressure strong and hot. Wifi decent. Accommodated early check-in. Staff was friendly.

Noise was unbearable and made it impossible to sleep at night even with ear plugs and being heavy sleepers The beach location comes with the trade-off of restaurants on both sides that play loud music late into each night. Although there are many Bali street dogs like everywhere else, one, in particular, barked all night every night. Reported issue to the Booking account, understanding that there was little they could do, but off-site management didn't relay concerns to the on-site staff. So, the staff were surprised when we left our stay three nights early and moved to a much quieter location at half the price for higher quality. We lost a day of activities with the move and sleeping the remaining afternoon. Also, the pillows are pancake-thin and cheap.

The location directly on the sea

- it is a bit pricy for what is offered: the rooms are very basic - the pictures in the hotel description are old, - the towles left many fluffs (Fussell in Deutsch) on the skinn - the breakfast was very little and not so good - DON'T BOOK the offered SNORKELING TOUR IT WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE (however the hotel only organised the tour, and is not responsible for the mass tourismus business > only book private tour)

beautiful property! you can hear the ocean from bed. the sunrise is stunning and eating breakfast watching the waves was a dream. super quiet and cozy.
