The property is managed by only one person who is the owner and rowdy in nature. He did not seem to have any experience of hospitality. Our trip to Nusa Penida was spoiled because of this property selection. The owner shouted at us and told us to go back to Ubud (Bali) when we compared the facilities at double the rate he charged. Although we booked for 2 nights but we checked out early next morning because we did not feel safe there.

Perfect location - just off the main road, close to everything you need. Great value - cool air conditioning, large-sized room, comfortable bed, ice-cold fridge. Gorgeous view - platform between the front of your bungalow and the ocean where you can either sit / lay in the shade (or sun), and enjoy the view and serenity of Penida. If you want to go for a swim, you can access the sea via stairs at the side of the property... although the "beach" is only accessible at low tide. Glad I took a punt and tried this place - will book again next time :)

Only issue I had was my room didn't have a fridge when I first arrived, and had to ask for one. A brand new one was set up in my room shortly after that. Other than that, can't think of anything I didn't like.
