Very helpful owners, organised tuk driver for me. Gave me loan of umbrella. Nice quiet location, good restaurant nearby.

There was nothing I disliked

it was close to the ancient site of Polonnaruwa, which it made it easy to visit

the room is old, we found insects and animals (cockroach) because there is no net on the window of the bathroom.

Breakfast brilliant, dinner outstanding, the bike hire, the laundry service, loved seeing the giant fruit bats and playing cricket with the locals - truly memorable and a must

Basic room with all we needed for one night. Internet and local mobile service very hit and miss.

Very good dinner prepared by host.

Rooms very small. Bed wasn’t properly made up. Had to ask for the second sheet and make it up ourselves. Watch the slippery floor in the tiny bathroom.

Nice place to stay, worth the money. Very close to the lake with beautiful sunset and right next door to ancient city. Owners, especially the lady is very nice.
