AUFrancesca was very welcoming and friendly and helpful to us in showing us our room and showed me how to use the washing machine.
Very noisy with the traffic outside most of the night, very hard to get to sleep of a night. Hard to get luggage up to the top of the stairs, had to make a couple of trips.

ESVery comfortable, we only stayed 1 night pre cruise, In the morning we couldn’t get a taxi or Uber to the cruise port, Federica was also trying and very kindly went to get her mothers car as it was bigger than hers (we had 3 suitcases) and picked us up and took us to the cruise port, she went above and beyond to help, Thank you very much for everything x
