Wasn’t much to not like. Lugging suitcases up the stairs wasn’t fun. The shower was quite small but in working order so didn’t bother us for one night.

We didn’t realise we were only booking a room in the apartment. Probably an oversight on our part. We used our door key to open another rented room door by mistake.
ZAThe breakfast on offer was not very good as one could only get a crossant and coffee which was not enough for a breakfast.

USUSWe didn't receive any breakfast, mold in showers, thin sheets and pillows. The pictures did not accurately represent the rooms.

Everything. First of all we booked a B & B accomodation, which means that someone will come and serve BREAKFAST. But no one came and I had read reviews about people who were helped etc.etc. We had to open the door by our mobile (we bought extra data to make it happen).After payment we found out that we had to reach 1st floor (30 steps) without lift! So we had to change our luggage, to be able to carry them upstairs, as we are both not young. The "Palace" as it was mentioned in e-mails, is a very old building and when the taxi driver who brought us from Fiumicino Airport managed to find it, he was completely shocked! Imagine us. The Wi-Fi password wasn't correct. I tried it any possible way. In the flat we didn't feel safe at all. Anyway if young people want to stay there, it's their own option. BUT everyone who wants to book a room must know all the details IN ADVANCE and then decide accordingly.
CAthe young lady who was the inn keeper was very helpful and she opened the door for us then later on drove us to the train station.
