I love the place it is near the dam and mountain what a beautiful view to wake up to in the morning.The staff is very friendly and helpful.The place gives one serenity and tranquillity that I needed when planning this vacation.I enjoyed my stay here I will definitely come back with friends next time.

The dam view. Great breakfast

The entire room is tiles and In the bathroom no floor mats and no door water drips out into the tile floor. No hot water no drinking water I think they forgot. Soap in old bottles not a single TV subscription. I had to wait almost an hour at the gate waiting for an access pin, had called them multiple times.

The location is nice and quiet

Please repaint your rooms with bright colors, your hot water it's a serious concern as we took a bath on a cold morning with cold water 🙆‍♂️ We were told to open the tap for a long time before hot water can come out but this didn't work in our room and felt like too much water was wasted for doing that. Your braai are is beautiful but would be nicer if you put on covering thick plastics around the walls for a bit of warmth especially when braaing in Winter evenings. In future please do something smaller nyana for your visitors especially on their birthday it will go an extramile and be a memorable day for them. Please maintain your electricity well as we had to stay for a few minutes without it as the units were exhausted. Thanks for Neo and Refilwe's hospitality, they are really hands on❤️❤️❤️
