Metsing at Harties

The staff was so friendly what made my night is when i went down to braai and came back the heaters where switched on and the room was so nice an hot town to guys 🔥

The breakfast was very good and the view

Very quiet location close to the water with awesome bird life around early mornings. Black eagle was also present and doing flybys throughout the day which was very special. The unit I stayed in is also very private with a nice lounge and basic facilities to make hot beverages and small bar fridge.

Peaceful, with friendly staff and management.

The place was clean and the electric blanket was top notch since its cold and there was no air-conditioning in the room

We couldn't get warm water in the shower...i don't know if the shower was malfunctioning or what...it's either water was hot or cold

The view was amazing beautiful scene of the mountains and dam

In the history of hospitality accommodation i have never seen a microwave outside the actual rooms all the guest must come out of the rooms to warm their food one stand alone microwave located outside for the entire propery ,its a huge fail as an owner of a property that's number one...the is no reception to welcome guests, the cleaners welcome you ,they clean the rooms and also make breakfast for guest on a 2plate gas stove which is unacceptable that kitchen is not meeting hospitality standards that is not a proper breakfast, what about Haalal food ?let alone the juice also no uniform for staff....overall the property is nice it needs an owner that knows what their doing someone who has hotel/lodge working experience and passion i could not believe what I experienced
