Royal Hotel (Adults Only)

Good location on sea front near pier. Welcoming manager who changed or room to better suit our needs.

In spite of saying it had a breakfast and served a continental breakfast no breakfast was available. Manager stated it was not booked nor can it be booked, As far as I can see. Certainly no breakfast was available. In addition there is nowhere close that provides breakfast. Hotel is about 10 minute walk to centre of town.

Did not have breakfast. Location fine. Eddy very helpful and pleasent to talk to.

The bed linen had an odd smell and the pillows were rather thin and uncomfortable. Couldn't get the TV to work. Bathroom rather "tired"

The location was excellent. It was close to the pier and restaurants. I loved having the window open at night and hearing the waves. The room was on the small side as to be expected in this type of hotel but you really can't ask for a better place to stay. It was comfy and clean. Eddy was a great host. I highly recommend and will stay again should I be in the area.

Nise and close to everything good location

I was running late for a regular check-in. Booking.com cancelled my reservation already but a telephone call at night to the hotel made the impossible possible. Excellent Service.

Nothing to complain about. I had a great time and a very relaxing stay. Will come back for sure as soon as possible. The beer in Brighton is too expensive ;-)

Great sea view and close to the centre of town. Eddie was a legend and gave good recommendations for going out :)
