The warm welcome and staff who went out of their way to help. Beautiful riad which really added to our trip, and although very close to the souq and a busy main road, you would never really have known it - quiet and peaceful tucked away.

We had no complaints - all good.

O pequeno-almoço era bom e completo. A localização boa também, perto das souks e tinha mini mercados perto. Os funcionários, sempre simpáticos e prestáveis.

No primeiro dia tentamos tomar o pequeno-almoço no exterior e tinha muitas abelhas (claro que a culpa não é do alojamento, mas podiam tentar ter algo que prevenisse isso). Reparamos que a fechadura do quarto não era muito segura, não ficava bem fechado, mas ficou tudo impecável e nada desapareceu nem foi aberto.

Konumu iyiydi. Sabah çalışan görevli iyi niyetli idi.

Öğlen giriş yaptık, hiçbir sorun yoktu. Akşam 23:30 gibi odaya geldiğimizde önce soğuk su istedim, çalışan görevli soğuk su olmadığını söyledi. Odaya girdiğimde çok yoğun gider kokusu vardı. Görevli ile görüşüp odanın kötü koktuğunu ve bu sebepten oda değiştirmek istediğimi söyledim ancak kendisi hiç oralı bile olmadı ve “gece görevlisiyim, ben ilgilenemem; sabah yönetici ile görüş” dedi. Odamı değiştirmedi. Pis kokan odada yatmak zorunda kaldık. Kahvaltı yetersizdi. Odada buzdolabı yok, havlu terlik yok.

Le personnel de l’hôtel était adorable et aux petits soins La chambre était bien équipée Emplacement au top, à 15 minutes à pieds de la place Jemaa El Fna.
