Very kind helpful staff and great location . Room was clean. Nice rooftop too!

Only window in the room goes directly onto the walkway of the public floor from the bedroom. Unfortunately room was very dark and when this single window was opened it let in all the noise from the hotel courtyard starting from 7 am impossible to sleep. Also the bathroom really needed an update. There is no safebox in the room and no lock on the hotel room door. The lock provided is a padlock like the one used on a locker or mailbox. Unfortunately this is not a 4 star hotel service, although the staff are all very kind and helpful.

Small and noises coming from the girls in the kitchen in the morning which didn't bother me as I am an early raiser. The street where the riad is can be intimidating to some. But this is Marrakesh old town

The staff at this riad were exceptional!! We arrived at the riad after our desert tour and were exhausted from a full day of travel, the staff as soon as we walked in organised our room immediately and told us to relax before we completed the check in process. The location is literally perfect and couldn’t be closer to the souks and everything you need is in walking distance. The rooms were very comfy and very clean. Highly recommend staying at this riad

La literie était relativement dure

La localización y el espacio del desayuno.

Mantenimiento y limpieza del baño, mal estado de las ventanas. Falta de cojines y ropa de cama.
