Alot of things, it is still under construction, no amenities but the place has so much potential and its good for the money they charged

Before renting out the property, the owner must finish the construction. It's a complete disaster. If it can be completed, the site offers enormous potential. The owner is such a nice soul. There is no such thing as a room with a private bathroom; it must be removed from the Booking.com website. The rooms are all the same, as is the price. If they could include amenities such as shampoo, coffee, tea, and so on.

It's nice to have BnB in such areas for guests and tourists

Mosquitos, we didn't sleep at all. No shower door or shower curtains. When you shower water runs on bathroom floor....risky as one can fall. No cups/mugs/glasses.

The Location was convenient

The owner/manager was very rude. He also double booked the venue and wanted to refund me.

It is fair for it's price. Some improvements could help on the TV connections, a table in the room. Other than that I was happy.

Affordability

No amenities or self catering

I didn't use the booking because I arrived around 16h00 and there was no one at the place. She told me that she will be at the house after 18h00. I had to make alternative arrangement.. It means that I paid for the service that was never rendered.... I'm considering how to get refunded
