"Bad"

The room which we were given was not cleaned properly. We found used condoms behind the bed. The rooms were not cleaned the following day, nor did they give us clean towels. There was a time when the geyser was switched off, and we had to call the owners to check it up. Generally, it wasn't a pleasant experience.
