Ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel!

Ontbijt was wat basic

La situation de l hôtel tout près de la plage. La chambre est grande et bien équipée. L'originalité de la salle de bain en partie à l'extérieur. La gentillesse et la disponibilité de tout le personnel. Les repas, boissons, desserts sont délicieux. La superbe piscine avec bar intégré. Le spa avec 1 massage extraordinaire.

L'emplacement, le jardin très beau et la piscine très agréable.

Le petit déjeuner les pancake pas cuits donc nous avons pris les autres déj ailleurs. La piscine possédait un bar mais qui n'était ouvert 1h ou 2 max par jour à l'heure du coucher de soleil donc nous étions plutôt sur la plage pour le sunset et n'avons donc pas pu en profiter. La porte de la chambre ne ferme pas vraiment car c'est un cadenas et non une clé alors il y a un jour de 2 ou 3 cm. Du coup les moustiques rentrent. La salle de bain a grand besoin d'être refaite et n'était pas très propre. Et enfin l'un des membres du personnel très insistant pour nous vendre des prestations type taxi, snorkeling... Alors qu'on lui avait bien dit que nous avions déjà réservé ailleurs avant d'arriver à l'hôtel.

Il posto più bello del nostro viaggio a Bali. Un angolo di paradiso, con ottimi drink, massaggi e attività da fare in vicinanza. Camera con letto comodo e struttura immersa nella natura. Cibo strepitoso.

Prezzi leggermente più alti nel fare attività con loro rispetto ad altri gestori locali. Ma attività stupende.

The pool was fabulous

Noisy big group came in if they’re going to take groups they should have a quiet and respect for other residents policy and noise transference between rooms bad! Bathroom could have done with an upgrade and our room wasn’t particularly clean it was so bad we left

Lovely surroundings and gardens with a wonderful pool to relax. Great food at the restaurant and only a short walk to the beach and many other restaurants on the shore. Good snorkelling right off the beach on most days. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Perfect place to relax and unwind. A kettle in the room would be nicer than the hot water machine.
